You need to have Flash MX to make flash (swf) files.

Well, if you have Flash MX, then you need to actually know how to make a game in it... which is too complicated to really be able to explain it here. It would involve knowing how to do animations, and how to use ActionScript, among other things...

I don't mean creating a game ;; I mean like. The direct SWF link, so I can play it alone without any other things on the window ._.

Just open the file if you have Flash MX... -.-;
If you have Flash MX, you also have the standalone flash player on your computer. If you don't, then you would have to embed it into an HTML file and... *doesn't feel like getting into the HTML code* >_<

Try to view the page source and find hte URL to the direct .swf file.
Then make it a link on some page. Right click it and click "Save Target as.."
