Sliiight change of plan.
I turned up for work at 3pm on Saturday, when I asked to.
But I had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to actually turn up.
Then I was introduced to a manager there by a woman.
The manager shouted at me for wearing the wrong colour of trousers in very bad English. He didn't know what colour "cream" was.
He then ushered me through the kitchen, saying about "oven hot" and "pizza make". But I wasn't even meant to be making pizzas. But apparently he thought I was.
I was then given a cap, and a REALLY big t-shirt to wear. And was told to tuck it in. Even though it was actually like... size XL. And I couldn't tuck it in. D:
After trying these on in a bathroom which did not appear to have a lock, I walked back to the kitchen area to be greeted by another worker who did not speak English. He shook my hand, and handed me a hair net. At this point I promptly left.
So basically they were rude, rushing me, and I was made to wait for almost half an hour before someone actually turned up. I was meant to turn up at 3pm to receive training, but this didn't happen. So yeah, I'm through. Rudest people I have ever met.
So now I'm going to work in the leisure centre that my mother works at. It has an ice rink. Huzzah!
