Same. I can barely access any websites. Of all the websites, I can access this site and MMOTales. Luckily, I have proxies in my profile notepad. If you want them, ask for it. It just overrides the firewalls so you can access any websites.
If you want to start off, search "phproxy" or "cgi proxy". Good luck!

My school had the old pirates forums blocked for pr0n. D:
This one right now was unblocked the last time I checked, which was kinda long ago...
